How Our Network Works for You

Who will you talk to?
Good question. After you reach out, Presschoolsmiles Walk-In Tubs connects you with an independent provider from our network. That provider is a local business, and it is the one that answers your questions, visits your home and writes your quote.
We are the matchmaker, not the contractor.
What might the provider ask you?
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand your needs.
- What kind of project do you have in mind, a walk-in tub or a shower conversion?
- Who will use the bath, and do they have mobility needs?
- What is the layout of your current bathroom?
- What type of home do you have, such as a slab ranch or an older pier-and-beam house?
- When would you like to start?
There are no wrong answers. Share what you know. Photos or rough measurements of the room can also help the provider get ready for the visit.
What should you ask the provider?
Bring a list. Here are good starters:
- Can I have a written quote that lists all costs?
- What is included, and what could change the price?
- How long will the work take, and how will you keep disruption low?
- Do you handle plumbing and electrical work, or does someone else?
- What does the warranty cover, and who honors it?
- Can you help document the work if I need it for an insurance claim?
Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by job, so a written quote matters.
You stay in charge
Talking to a provider does not lock you in. Compare quotes. Take your time. Ask a family member to join the conversation. If something feels rushed, slow down. It is fine to say you need a few days to think it over.
